SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from New Mexico. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

United States: Orders are shipped using the shipping method shown at checkout. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Canada: Orders are available for shipping to Canada. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Canadian orders may take longer to arrive due to international transit and customs processing.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days. Because each order is carefully prepared for shipment, processing times may occasionally be longer. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will make every effort to keep you informed.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

We take great care in packaging every print. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Art By Sandy as soon as possible and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. Please keep the original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

Delivery dates are estimates and delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
